Smarter workflows.
Less manual work.

We automate the work your team keeps doing by hand.

  1. 01

    Show us the repeat

One repeated workflow. Inputs, decisions, exceptions.

  2. 02

    We build the narrow system

The smallest build that runs against your real operation.

  3. 03

    We verify the outcome together

Real work, observable states, clear acceptance.

What Beastald Does

We automate your manual workflows.

From AI automation and agent orchestration to internal tools, hardware infrastructure, memory systems, and connected services, Beastald joins the moving parts into systems your team can actually run.

  1. AI automation

Recurring tasks are routed to tools that extract, transform, and check each input. Outputs land where they belong. Exceptions escalate to a person.

  2. Internal tools

Small interfaces, dashboards, and assistants for the exact screens, queues, and decisions a team already runs — wired into the tools that hold the data.

  3. Hardware setup

A validated need becomes configured hardware: mini-PCs, GPU hosts, or local servers tuned for AI workloads and continuous operation, with documented setups and verifiable states.

  4. Memory systems

Decisions, definitions, prior work, and customer context are stored once and retrieved where they matter — across tasks, tools, and sessions.

  5. Agent orchestration

Multiple agents and tools share context and state, hand work to each other in a defined order, and follow explicit checks so a process stays on its path from input to outcome.

  6. Service integration

Internal and external services exchange data through defined formats. Duplicates and errors are checked before the target system is updated.

How we work

From the first conversation to a working system.

You bring the bottleneck. Together we find out whether and how a solution is worth it.

  1. STEP 01

    Discovery conversation

We talk through your process, the bottleneck, and the outcome you want. No technical concept needed.

  2. STEP 02

    Understand the process

We analyze workflows, systems, edge cases, and requirements and define what a useful solution needs to do.

  3. STEP 03

Test the solution in real operation

We build a first working approach and test it against real workflows rather than theoretical assumptions.

  4. STEP 04

    Decide together

We review the result with you. If it works and creates real value, we turn it into a system you can rely on.

Where it fits

Where systems can carry the load.

Illustrative workflows

  1. Answer customer calls – even when your team can't

Customers get answers and can book appointments directly – even outside your phone opening hours.

    What slows you down today
The phone rings in the middle of a task. Every call interrupts your team – and when nobody answers, customer enquiries and potential business go unattended.
    What you can hand over
The AI phone assistant answers incoming calls, responds to questions using your company information and books appointments directly in your connected booking system.
What your working day looks like
Your team stays focused while callers get their questions answered. Booked appointments are already in the system – even when the call came in after hours.
    What you gain
Fewer interruptions, less time answering recurring questions and better availability for your customers. Enquiries can turn into appointments that might otherwise have been lost.
  2. Bookkeeping that takes the paperwork off your hands

Invoices and bank statements collected, organised by quarter and turned into draft accounting entries – automatically, following your internal rules.

    What slows you down today
At the end of each quarter, the search begins: invoices are scattered across folders and your email inbox. Everything needs to be collected, sorted and recorded.
    What you can hand over
The autonomous system collects invoices and bank statements from your internal folders and retrieves missing purchase invoices from your business inbox. It organises the documents by quarter and creates accounting entries according to your bookkeeping rules.
What your working day looks like
You start with organised documents and prepared accounting entries. Your work begins with the review – the search through folders and emails is already done.
    What you gain
Less repetitive admin and less pressure at quarter-end. Time previously spent preparing your books becomes available for running your business.
  3. Find the right projects – with proposals already prepared

Turn project listings into concrete business opportunities: matched to your services, assessed against your priorities and prepared for the first client conversation.

    What slows you down today
Potential clients are already posting specific needs on project platforms. But finding suitable projects, assessing their value and writing individual proposals takes time every day.
    What you can hand over
The system searches project platforms and selects the 10 to 15 best matches it finds using your criteria – such as effort, budget and competition. For each prospect, it creates an implementation plan that accounts for your available capacity, plus a personalised proposal with an invitation to a video call.
What your working day looks like
You open your internal lead overview and see which projects fit your business, why they are worth pursuing and how you could deliver them. The proposal and talking points are already prepared.
    What you gain
Less time searching platforms and writing proposals, more time for promising client conversations. You can pursue more relevant opportunities while keeping your day-to-day business moving.
Why Beastald

Built differently. So we can deliver differently.

  1. Understand first. Build second.

Before we build anything, we map the process, constraints, edge cases, and success criteria. We automate the real problem — not assumptions.

  2. Direct founder access

Work directly with the person who decides and builds. No account managers, handoffs, or approval chains.

  3. High quality systems for less budget

Our agentic development model keeps overhead low and execution fast. You pay for the system — not layers of organization.

FAQ · common questions

What you may want to know upfront.

Answers to key questions about effort, collaboration, and ongoing operations.

  1. You don’t need a fully developed automation idea. Tell us where time is lost, mistakes happen, or work piles up. Together, we assess whether a suitable solution is technically feasible and delivers enough value. If a simpler tool would do the job, we’ll tell you that too.
  2. Pricing depends on the scope, the systems involved, and the solution’s requirements. Once these are clear, you receive a concrete proposal. It distinguishes between the initial implementation and ongoing costs for hosting, external services, and any agreed support.
  3. Our services are free during the trial phase. You only start paying for them if you choose to keep using the solution in your business after the trial.

We also cover external costs, such as hardware or AI usage, when they are low and reliably predictable. Otherwise, we agree with you before starting on which costs you will cover and when payment is due.

  4. That depends primarily on the scope and integration with your existing systems. Wherever possible, we start with a clearly defined use case so you can try the solution early. We agree on a timeline for going live & full production rollout based on your specific requirements.
  5. We need your insight into the workflow, relevant examples, and feedback on the result. We handle the analysis and technical implementation. We group questions and discussions wherever possible to keep interruptions to your day-to-day work minimal.
  6. Usually not. We build the automation around your existing tools and workflows. Before implementation, we assess how your systems can be connected and where adjustments may be needed.
  7. Before implementation, we clarify which data will be processed, which providers will be involved, and where processing will take place. If you have specific requirements—such as processing exclusively within the EU—we assess these when selecting the technical solution.
  8. You receive a walkthrough and the agreed documentation. Before launch, we also clarify who will handle ongoing operations, maintenance, and potential issues. If needed, we can arrange continued support and develop the solution further as your requirements evolve.
